This is our second year for Shrewsbury Wacky Races and we are looking to increase the fun for 2020, creating a great day out for all the teams, supporters and spectators in the Shrewsbury Quarry.
As one of our teams, you are integral to the day as you are ones who will bring the krazy! And don't forget, your soapbox will not only need to try and reach the finish line...we are looking for krazy designs and the hare-brained ideas resulting in the wackiest karts to be seen in Shrewsbury!
Not in it to win it? That’s okay as it’s not all about being the fastest - we have prizes for showmanship, innovation and best dressed so bring the fun and you could still win a prize. Your soapbox is only half of the show as the team is a wacky extension of your Krazy Kart so you will need to wow us with a 20 second performance before you launch yourself downhill!

Shrewsbury Wacky Races is an event organised by Sarah Belcher Events Ltd under the Krazy Races brand. Our aim is to create a fun day for all the teams, supporters and spectators and we are so excited to be bringing this event back to Shrewsbury and the West Midlands.
